02.Court Filing
Our court runner will collect, file and return your court documents that cannot be filed online. The old fashioned way!
03.Affidavit of Service
Sworn and Filed Affidavits of Service are provided by our Service Provider to confirm proof of service in your litigation. This is typically required when initiating legal proceedings such as Statements of Claim and Defence, Regulatory Complaint Documents and Family Law Applications.

Process Serving
1 attempt - $100.00 + gst
2 to 3 attempts - $125.00 + gst
3 to 6 attempts - $150.00 + gst
All process serving fees include:
> first service attempt within 7 days
> all photocopies and packaging for documents to be served
> sworn affidavit of service, filing included for Alberta Court of Justice matters
> no km charge within Edmonton city limits
> no hidden fees and a stress free experience
> direct contact with service provider as required
Additional Options (+gst):
> $1.00/km for service beyond Edmonton city limit
> $75.00 one time fee for same day service
> $50.00 one time fee for rushed service within 3 days
> $25.00 one time fee for scheduled service date
Court Filing
$100.00 + gst
All court filing fees include:
> all document handling, and secure travel packaging
> pick up and return of documents for filing within 2 to 7 business days
> no km charge within Edmonton city limits
> no hidden fees and a stress free experience
> direct contact to court runner as required
NOTE: court filing fees are not included and will be required

> $1.00/km for service beyond Edmonton city limit
